Personal Contact

We don't have anonymous, and ever-changing, support. You have a personal contact who will provide support to an agreed service level.

Email Support

Email support is provided under normal circumstances. This allows us to get to work on your problem, while you work on your business.

Work will normally begin within an hour of your email being received, and an email will be sent to you as soon as the problem has been identified and an estimate of the time until resolution can be provided.

Most issues should be resolved on the same day but if not then you will be kept up to date with progress.

Telephone Support

By all means, telephone if you need reassurance. You will be given the mobile number of your personal contact, who will be happy to talk to you during business hours.
